Will Eborall is an innovative leader with a passion for emerging technologies and digital transformation. He leads the Virtual Edge portfolio consisting of marketing-leading solutions for AT&T Business customers utilizing software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV) and SD-WAN technologies. Will is responsible for developing and executing on go-to-market strategies for all customer segments and leading initiatives to deliver customer-centric capabilities to deploy Next Gen networking solutions with greater agility.
Will oversees and manages key strategic alliances with technology vendors like Juniper Networks, VMware, Cisco, Ericsson, Silver Peak, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, CheckPoint, HPE, Ciena, and Cradlepoint. In addition, the joint value proposition offers with Systems Integrators such as IBM, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra.
Previously, Will held the position of Director of Technical Sales and Engineering for seven years, where he led a team of 35 technical sales professionals nationally for the Manufacturing vertical within Global Business. His team was responsible for designing and engineering solutions for over 1,600 enterprise clients with $3 billion in AT&T annual revenue. Their solution expertise include SD-WAN, 5G, Network, SIP, Unified Communications, Cloud and Security.
Will began his career with Pacific Bell in San Francisco as a sales executive and has over 23 years of professional telecommunication experience. He has held numerous sales, technical, and leadership positions within AT&T supporting key mid to large enterprise accounts throughout the US. In addition to working with clients across the above technology areas, Will worked closely with product and marketing organizations providing client and sales market sensing used to shape future investment and product strategy.
Will was raised in Central Oregon and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. His passions outside of work are surfing, golf, snowboarding and traveling the world with friends and family eating good food. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife.
Senior Manager of IoT platform services, NTT Communications
Yasuhiro Takenaka has worked at NTT Communications, an international telecommunications company, since 2005 and currently leads IoT business as senior manager. In this role, he runs the IoT platform service “Things Cloud” which manages/controls sensor devices and collects/visualizes data. He develops new IoT business with lots of industries such as retail, manufacturing, real estate, and more. In the meantime, he currently tackles edge computing projects with the R&D division in order to offer a variety of services such as video AI, IoT hub and Local 5G with quick-response, easy-to-use, full-managed and security.
Prior to joining IoT business, he developed several cloud services. After that, he earned his MBA degree at HEC Paris, sponsored by his company in 2016.
Edge Computing Practice Lead, STL Partners
Dalia leads STL’s Edge Practice and has led numerous projects on edge computing in recent years, working closely with Tier-1 operators to identify strategic opportunities. She has also been leading projects on 5G, blockchain and IoT. Prior to STL Partners, she worked at a start-up and has a BSc in Government and Economics from LSE.
Chief Marketing Solutions & Business Development Officer, Sparkle Group
Daniele Mancuso became Chief Marketing Solutions and Business Development Officer for Sparkle Group in September 2019.
In the previous year, he served as Executive Vice President ICT Engineering, Sparkle, where he was in charge of the technological innovation, planning, engineering and development of Sparkle’s Global Network as well as of Information Technology. From August 2016 he held the position of Director of Innovation and Engineering, in charge of the engineering and deployment of Voice, Mobile, IP and Data Platforms as well as of Submarine Cables, ICT Security Processes and Platforms and Datacenters and Cloud Infrastructures, while leading the Network Innovation and Evolution processes.
Prior to that he was Director Architecture and Engineering. He began his career in in 1991 in a Software House dealing with Robotics applied to Agriculture and, in 1993, he moved to Telecom Italia’s domestic Transmission department, focusing on the migration from PDH to SDH technology. In January 2013 Daniele was appointed Director of Engineering, IT and Security of Sparkle Mediterranean and Balkan Region where, since 2001, he has been holding several positions within Engineering and Operations departments. Daniele holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Catania.

Sylwia leads the development of GSMA Intelligence’s IoT & Enterprise product. Her responsibilities range from sizing the IoT opportunity, including the role of operators, to researching and analysing IoT technologies, applications and business models. She has also moderated and presented at a number of conferences. Sylwia previously worked in telecommunications, media and technology with Pyramid Research.

Roy Chua is founder and principal at AvidThink, an independent research and advisory service formed in 2018 out of SDxCentral’s research arm. Roy was previously co-founder at SDxCentral where he was responsible for both the research and product team. Roy was formerly a management consultant working with both Fortune 500 and Start-up Technology companies on go-to-market and product consulting. As an early proponent of the software-defined infrastructure movement, Roy is a frequent speaker at events in the telco and cloud space and a regular contributor to leading technology publications. A graduate of UC Berkeley’s electrical engineering and computer science program and MIT’s Sloan School of Business, Chua has 20+ years of experience in telco and enterprise cloud computing, networking and security, including founding several Silicon Valley startups.
