The attributes of Ethernet Services observable at a User Network Interface (UNI) and from User Network Interface to User Network Interface (UNI to UNI) are defined. In addition, a framework for defining specific instances of Ethernet Services is described. This document supersedes and replaces MEF 1 and MEF 5.
