This amendment makes the following changes to MEF 10.3:

  1. Section 8.8.7 is added to define the Composite Performance Metric.
  2. New terms are added to Table 1 of MEF 10.3.
  3. New entry is added to Reference of MEF 10.3.
  4. New appendix is added to MEF 10.3 as Appendix D.
